Price Matching Guarantee
 A.C.S. announces a "Match/Beat Price Offer", matching any local recognized computer repair shop's price. We pride ourselves at A.C.S. with the ability to meet or beat any legitimate advertised price.
Competitor Price Matching Guidelines
We reserve the right to verify the validity of the submitted competing offer. We reserve the right to verify the lower price and availability of the service.
 
The A.C.S. "Match/Beat Price Offer" does not apply to competitors' free offers, limited service items, clearance or closeout products & services, mail-in incentives, financing or bundle service offers or printer repair or network services.
 
The policy does not apply to typographical errors or a competitor's price that results from a price match. Price matching is not available once initiating of services has begun.
 
Any price match will be offered at our discretion.
A.C.S. will not price match to a local competitor's price that has already been reduced by a price match to another shop. We do not allow "stacking" of multiple offers (e.g., free items, plus price matching, plus rebates, etc.).
 
Price Match requests take considerably longer than normal quotes as they must be verified and authorized.
 
- URL of web site and service (You must provide us with a link to the page with the product).
- Basically we must be able to call and order it at the same price you quoted us.
- We may consider beating a verbal quote that you may have received, but all verbal quotes are subject to rejection.
- We reserve the right to only match local competitors prices that are within a certain radius.
- We reserve the right to reject any price match request for any reason.

Comparison Must Be Available - to the General Public. The Price Match Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on a U.S.-based website. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted in U.S. dollars. The best way to show proof of price is to point us to the competitor's current ad or web site, which shows the price of the service you wish us to match and the dates for which the price is valid.
If the current ad is not available, we reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item. Web pages must be live and not cached. References to competitor’s pricing from Discussion Forums or Message Boards that cannot be found on that competitor’s web site are not valid. The matched price must be the current price of the competitor. Direct evidence is preferred. In some cases, it will not be possible to beat or match prices without direct evidence.All requests are subject to verification by A.C.S. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that we cannot independently confirm. Nor will we accept/verify any request that we believe, in our sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently, misleading or in bad faith.
 
We reserve the right to refuse a price match at any time, especially if offering the price match will adversely affect the level of service we are able to offer. Although we reserve the right to refuse a price match the majority of price match requests are accepted. Due to the differences in services being performed (experience, turn around time, quality of tools and equipment, licensing) we reserve the right to refuse a price match at any time.
 
Changes to the Price Matching Guarantee?
A.C.S. reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Beat Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be advertised on the A.C.S. page.
