What to keep in mind

What to bring: All Recovery/Driver CD's, Laptop Adapter, carrying case (remove all other items). No Desktop power cables needed. Any repair history done. Also, please mention any successful or unsuccessful attempts at repairing your computer.

What to do prior if possible: Remove all passwords. Backup your data. We are not responsible for data that can be lost or damaged due to viruses or hardware failure. Personal files such as MP3's, pictures, documents can be backed up and restored. Programs like MS Office cannot be recovered and will be have be reinstalled. Client needs to supply the Media and Product Key.
