Q: How long does it take to get my computer back?
A: Average turnaround time is 1-2 days and 2-3 days for complicated issues. Our work load and part availibitly may add more time.
Q: How long does it take get my DC Jack Repaired?
A: Normally 3-5 days (excluding weekends & holidays)
Q: How long does it take to get my LCD replaced?
A: LCDs normally take 5-7 days to arrive + 2-3 days to place it line for installation.
Q: My computer needs data backup before it's serviced. What do you suggest?
A: Bring us a portable drive and we can backup your personal data (for a fee) prior to performing repairs/diagnostics as these can cause irreplaceable data loss/damage.
Q: What if I need my computer back asap?
A: We have priority service which means your computer gets to go ahead of the line for an additional fee.
Q: How safe is my personal data?
A: Very safe. We service computers from attorneys, professors, businesses and doctors. Nothing is perused through or kept at our location.
Q: Do you warranty your services?
A: Yes, up to 30 days.
Q: How long do I have to pickup my equipment?
A: You have 30 days to pickup your equipment. After 30 days, the items left are disposed of.
Q: I noticed visits are by appointment only. What if I need to take my computer in for immediate service?
A: Same day appointments can usually be made.

Preparing your computer for service ...
What to bring: The diagnostic fee (cash only). All Recovery/Driver CD's if available, laptop power adapter. Power cables (not needed if generic).
Keep in mind: Any repair history performed. Mention any successful or unsuccessful attempts.
What to do prior: Remove all passwords if possible.
Regarding personal data: We are not responsible for data that can be lost or damaged due to viruses or hardware failure. Personal files such as MP3's, pictures, documents can be backed up and restored. Programs like MS Office cannot be recovered and will be have be reinstalled. Client needs to supply the Media and Product Key.
Who can you trust?
Remember, your PC may contain your social security number, passwords, e-mails, instant messenger logs, banking info., tax returns, financial records (Quickbooks, Peachtree), pictures, videos, pdf & word documents, downloaded content from web sites and websites you have visited. Your data will never be shared, perused, or used for any other purpose so rest assured - while your PC is in our care, your privacy is priority.
