The Steps we Take to Keep your Data Confidential
(The following is performed in-shop)
- Before we work on your computer or laptop, we do create an image to prevent data loss in case the hard disk were to fail. The PC that contains the image is not connected to the Internet.
- We will write down the names of any and all personnel who actually work on your equipment. At the time of this writing, it will only be I, Benjamin Orozco. If this changes, you will be notified.
- An image of your data that has been created to prevent data loss is thoroughly erased using the most advanced data deletion software around. If you want extra security, we can have the Hard Drive actually shredded to pieces or you can purchase the HD.
- You will receive a report of what have done to your PC.
- You system will be as bullet proof as possible against attacks.
