First time customer. Excellent service and communication. I took my laptop in for a dc jack repair and it was done in a timely manner. Ben keeps you updated the whole time when your laptops being serviced. The best part was that he worked around my busy schedule to allow me to pick up my laptop at a special time. I highly recommend ACS due to the reasonable rates and great hospitality. I will be using ACS for future repairs!

The best customer service I have ever received! Ben was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient (time). He also provided excellent communication to me on the phone and via texts. He was able have my dc jack repaired within 6 hours, and his rates were reasonable. His service was so superior to any corporate computer tech company. Ben's expertise definitely puts him as one of the best - if not, THE best - out there around the Alhambra and 626 area. First of all, he's relatively inexpensive compared to the other computer shops I've been to and referred to. Along with that, he offers freebie services like dust cleanup/removal, software optimization installation, and much more. In addition, he's very efficient when it comes to communication and availability. Ben's never reluctant to keep me updated with my computer's situation as well as give me a heads up for how much it's going to turn out to be and when I can have it picked up by. However, it did honestly seem a little shady to be going to his house and in a residential area instead of a more formal computer shop's setup, but that's no reason to take a star off because his service is still top notch. And for me to think of Ben's service any less would be foolish of me because he is still a true expert when it comes to computers along with a professional working attitude when it comes to communication and management ...

Ben is one of the most highly skilled IS professionals I have ever met. His 20 + years of experience definitely shows in the amount of services and knowledge he provides. His prices are also a lot more affordable than many, if not all, of the large Computer Repair shops. He was even willing to look at my computer on a Sunday afternoon and had my Dell laptop up and running shortly thereafter. I highly recommend Alhambra Computer Services.

5/26/2010 Ben is a stand up guy. No upselling here, just honest and reliable work for your PC. Took my CPU to him after repeated crashes for his expert opinion. He updated me every step of the way during the diagnostic process. Didn't find any problems with the CPU and deduced that it may be a problem with the peripherals I'm plugging in. Will look to him for any future PC repairs. Highly recommended.

The job was quoted for 2 days but i got a call the next day telling me it's ready and no problems with the computer.. Awesome job. Very satisfied and will be coming back here whenever i have computer issues.
